01AI / Enterprise Automation

AI RFQ Automation Platform

An AI-powered RFQ automation project at TriCab Engineered Cable Systems that I led from a technical and product perspective. I defined the approach, guided the developer throughout the implementation, reviewed the solution, and supported testing and refinement through to delivery. The tool processes customer RFQs in formats such as email, PDF, and spreadsheets, extracts line items, maps them to catalogue products, and generates a draft quote for Sales to review.

~1 hr → 15 min to process a 200-line RFQ at TriCab Engineered Cable Systems.
