01AI / Enterprise Automation

AI RFQ Automation Platform

My first shipped project at TriCab Engineered Cable Systems. Quote requests arrive in every format imaginable — email, PDF, spreadsheet — each laid out differently. Sales used to read each one and retype it by hand, which on a big RFQ took the better part of an hour and was easy to get wrong. The parser now does that first pass: it reads the request, pulls out the line items, matches them to our catalogue, and builds a draft quote for Sales to check and send.

~1 hr → 15 min to process a 200-line RFQ at TriCab Engineered Cable Systems.
